Cause:
Unknown.
Solution:
Set the field default as [ {'ASK bookmark QUESTION' }] and reapply the bookmark.
To avoid the error message, do one of the following:
1) Make the field evaluate to a space by doing one of the following:
a) Type a space in the dialog box if it appears.
b) Set the field default as '{Answer 'Question' \d ' '}'
2) Select the field and reapply the bookmark.
a) Click in a Word document where the bookmark is to be inserted.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Bookmark...'. (The Bookmark dialog box appears.)
c) Type the desired name for the bookmark in the 'Bookmark Name' box.
d) Click 'Add'. (The bookmark is inserted.)
